Zurich Film Award for L'enfant d'en haut
L'enfant d'en haut ("Sister") by Ursula Meier received the Zurich Film Award for the Best Feature Film. At the Independent Spirit Awards L'enfant d'en haut have been nominated in the category International Film. The Spirit Awards will be presented on Saturday 23 February - the day before the Academy Awards - take place in Santa Monica. The winners will choose by independent filmmakers and film lovers.

The Film LA PETITE CHAMBRE from Stéphanie Chuat and Véronique Reymond won the Swiss Film prize Quartz 2011 in the category "Best fiction film". The two directors of the french speaking part of Switzerland have also won the price in the category "Best screenplay".
